Medix Run Lodge Retreat

Time till Relaxation starts:

Medix Run Lodge

In the Heartland Of PA

The “Pennsylvania Wilds” area offers many getaways to nearby state parks and forests. The lodges are close to the Quehanna hiking trail and plateau, Allegheny National Forest, and many walking, biking and cross country ski trails, as well as many beautiful creeks for canoeing, fishing, hunting, bird watching and wildlife viewing. At Medix Run Lodges there is no shortage of things to do.

Other activities, such as antique shopping, winery tours, distilleries, breweries, golf courses, PA Amish country, craft stores, fairs and festivals, backcountry towns, can all be a part of your stay with us. Drive through the scenic Elk Corridor, visit the Wellsboro (PA Grand Canyon) and the Kinzua Bridge State Park, or see the big “virgin” timbers of Heart’s Content or Cook Forest. View the eagles at the George B. Stevenson Dam, drive or bike along Caledonia Pike and other country roads. Enjoy short jaunts or daylong tours, then come back to a quiet, comfortable and relaxing lodge at the end of your day.
