Disability Benefits:
- VSOs assist veterans in accessing disability benefits, including compensation for service-connected injuries or illnesses that occurred during their military service.
Healthcare Advocacy:
- VSOs advocate for veterans' healthcare needs, ensuring they have access to appropriate medical services, including physical and mental health support through VA facilities or other community resources.
